Normally you will receive a
confirmation email when your order is received and an email when

Processing Time
Order processing time will vary depending on the items you
order. Please
allow additional time for personalized items. There are
certain seasons when processing can take extra time, please be
aware of the date you need the item by and order in plenty of
time to receive your items before your event. Special
Order items typically will ship within 7-10 days of your order
being placed (weekend days do not count). Some items are
made to order when your order is placed. These typically
take 10-14 days before they ship. If you need the item by
a certain date, please let us know in the comment box during the
checkout process. We are always working very hard to meet
and exceed your expectations.

inventory is shown on-line. If you have a question about
an item's availability, please contact our customer service
