My toddler
is a boy, so
at first, I
was worried
about
finding
anything fun
for him -
since most
baby/toddler
shops deal
so heavily
in tutus and

was pleased
with their
wide
selection of
formal and
informal
items. They
also feature
a wide range
of prices,
so I was
able to find
something I
loved that
also suited
my budget. I
chose an
adorable,
soft, brown
pony coat. I
get the
impression
that this
store really
"has it
together"
because when
there was a
problem with
the item
being out of
stock, they
were
genuinely
upset about
the mix up
and were
committed to
making it
better, even
taking the
time to
suggest
replacement
items and
measuring
the other
sizes of the
item they
had
available. I
was able to
get the coat
in just a
little
smaller
size. To
make things
even better,
the owner
included a
dress for
the baby I'm
expecting to
apologize
for the
mistake. If
they treat
someone
using a
promotional
gift
certificate
THIS great,
imagine how
amazing
they'll be
to a
standard
customer!

you sooooooooo much for getting this gorgeous suit to me on
time. I appreciate it more than I could say. My 2 year old
is extra big and finding such a perfect suit is hard to come
